Slow Cooker: Buffalo Chicken

Ingredients:
2lbs. Boneless & skinless Chicken Breast
2 Carrots
2 Ribs of celery
1 Onion quartered
2 Cloves of garlic
1.5 cups Low sodium chicken broth
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 cup Buffalo hot sauce
Directions:
Add chicken breast, whole garlic, whole celery ribs, whole carrots, onion & chicken broth to slow cooker
Season with salt and pepper
Cook on high for 4 hours
Dispose of all but 1/3 cup of cooking liquid and all of the vegetables
Shred the chicken using 2 forks
Add the Buffalo sauce
Let cook for 15 more minutes
