Quick Protein Pancakes

Sometimes I get that craving for pancakes and these always hit the spot! They are quick & easy to make and so delicious!

  1. 1/3 of a banana (the riper the better, they are sweeter)

  2. 1/3 cup of Old Fashioned Oats

  3. 2/3 cup of liquid egg whites

Blend all ingredients together & cook in hot griddle/pan.  The mix will probably be a little runny but that’s normal.  You can change things up by adding peanut butter, blueberries, protein powder, flax seeds, etc. It really is up to you!

I served them with blueberries & strawberries and added a tsp of Pure Maple Syrup, but they are just as good plain. Enjoy!

With maple syrup they were about 230 calories
