Layered Hummus Dip


  1. 1 box of Tabbouleh

  2. 2 tbsp Olive Oil

  3. 1 cup Diced Cucumber

  4. 1 cup Diced and Seeded Tomato

  5. 2 tbsp Lemon Juice

  6. 1/2 tsp Salt

  7. 1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Parsley

  8. 2 – 10 oz Containers of Hummus

  9. 8 oz Crumbled Feta Cheese

  10. Bag of Tortilla Chips


  1. Make Tabbouleh according to the package directions

  2. Add olive oil, cucumber, tomato, lemon juice, salt and parsley and mix with fork

  3. Spread hummus into the bottom of a serving dish or bowl,

  4. Sprinkle half of the feta cheese on top

  5. Layer on Tabbouleh mixture and sprinkle remaining feta cheese on top and refrigerate
