Hungarian Goulash


Ingredients:

  1. 5 lb. Stew meat

  2. 3/4 c. Ketchup

  3. 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

  4. 1 tbsp. Mustard

  5. 1/4 c. Brown sugar

  6. 3 tbsp. Paprika

  7. 3 c. Water

  8. 3 tbsp. Flour

  9. 1/2 lb. Carrots(cut into bite size pieces

  10. 1/2 bag egg noodles

Instructions:

  1. Brown meat until cooked through. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix

  2. Add browned meat, liquid mixture to slow cooker.

  3. Cook on low for 6-7 hours.

  4. Mix flour with a small amount of hot water and then throw it in the slow cooker and cook until thickened.

  5. Serve over egg noodles that you cook separate of throw in the crock pot with the flour.
