Creamy Chicken Salad


Ingredients:

  1. 3 cups chopped rotisserie chicken breast, boneless, skinless

  2. 1⁄2 cup chopped green apple

  3. 1⁄2 cup red grapes cut in half

  4. 1⁄3 cup sliced raw almonds

  5. 2 green onions sliced

  6. 2 Tbsp chopped fresh tarragon

  7. 1⁄4 cup Honey Mustard dressing

Directions:

  1.  Combine chicken, apple, grapes, almonds, green onions, tarragon & honey mustard in a large bowl & mix well.

  2. Refrigerate, covered for 2 hours.
